Based in the New Forest, Mark is a mischievous songwriter who loves the arcane and comedic. Solo or with The Curiosities, Mark can be found at the heart of noisy pub singalongs, belting out story songs, celebrating much loved local characters or staging pop up musical events (or protests) in unlikely locations.

Steve West
Steve has been a fixture of the New Forest folk scene for so long that we suspect that he has grown roots! With a discerning ear for a story and an eye for an injustice, Steve’s carefully crafted original songs explore universal themes which he delivers with a soft passion that belies their depth and scope.

Based in the New Forest, Eddie Edwards is a seasoned performer whose songs brim with wit, warmth, and worldly charm. Blending sharp original tunes with evocative classics, he brings humour and heart to every performance.
Pete Hanson
Pete Hanson is one of those songwriters who can find a song in the muddle of everyday life. Based in the New Forest, he’s a regular face on the local folk scene, playing at Milford Folk Club and in church worship bands.
Jon Ellis
Jon is deeply attached to Lymington and neighbouring villages although he lived away in Southampton for forty years. As a multi-instrumentalist, Jon will have a crack at anything involving a tin whistle, banjo, mandolin, and even the occasional ‘Poem of Protest’!
